About Sustainable Fitness Boot Camps - General Information
- Our camps are designed for healthy women between the ages of 18 and 65
- We offer a good mix of cardiovascular and strength exercises "with an edge" and lots of variety
- No two workouts are the same, as we like to mix it up to keep it interesting
- Most women will substantially increase their strength, tone muscle and lose unwanted body fat during camp
- Anyone from the incactive to elite althletes can participate and will be appropriately challenged
- Everyone is encouraged to work at your own level and you don't require special skills to participate
- Positive health benefits gained through our camps are often noticed at the end of the first week
- Our fitness program, "Mission Possible" consists of three one hour workouts a week over four weeks, except for lunchtime workouts which are 40 minutes long
- Registration is done on-line, as we create client accounts through their unique e-mail address
- If you are re-registering for another round of camp, please register using the same e-mail address as before
- We offer "Early Bird Pricing" as an incentive to register early, otherwise regular pricing is charged, so don't delay
- Payment must be made in full prior to your first day at camp or you will not be permitted to attend until paid
- You may pay for your camp by Visa or Mastercard on-line; alternatively you can mail us a cheque

- Our morning camps are conducted on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays
- Out exclusive lunchtime camps at The Forks Market are conducted Mondays, Wednesays and Fridays
- Our late afternoon and evening camps are conducted on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays
- Programs are conducted Monday through Friday except on statutory holidays, unless if otherwise announced
- Each Mission is tough, but with a little hard work and attitude you cannot fail
- Only "New Recruits" are required to attend an orientation prior to their first day at camp
- Soon after registration you will be given the coordinates for your "New Recruit Orientation" or go to our orientation page for more information
- If you are a late registrant and have missed your orientation, we will make alternate arrangements to get you ready for camp
- During your orientation we will:
- Have you compete and sign a "physical activity readiness questionnaire and waiver of liability
- Accept your payment during orientations when conducted in Winnipeg; however we don't accept payment at orientations conducted in locations other than Winnipeg, and must be paid on-line or by mail cheque
- Discuss you fitness goals and answer your health and wellness questions
- Prepare you as to what to expect at camp
- Let you know what to wear, bring, where to go and who your instructor is
- Take your "before-measurements" if you wish
- Review our "Loyalty Rewards Program"
- Review our policies such as make-up days, holidays, cancellations, etc.
- Give you a Sustainable Fitness Bootcamp T-shirt
