Sustainable Fitness Health and Wellness Seminars run every 4th Wednesday, starting March 14th 2007. These informative seminars are held at Studios in the Exchange located at 313 Pacific Avenue, 4th floor. Start time is 7:00pm and may run until 9:00pm. New Recruits are free to attend and may bring a friend along as their guest.
