New Recruit Orientations
As a New Recruit of Sustainable Fitness, it is a requirement that you participate in one orientation session. If you are in Winnipeg or St. Andrews, simply choose one of the dates below and show up anytime between the times listed. If you are participating in either the Steinbach or Brandon Camp, you will be contacted to show up at a specific date and time. During orientation, one of our Instructors will discuss your fitness goals, answer your fitness related questions, take your measurements, have you complete a physical activity readiness questionnaire and sign a waiver of liability.

- Sun, Sep 21st, between 9:30am and 12:00pm
Brandon Boot Camper's go to Knox United Church for their orienation
- We will contact you to make an appointment to conduct your orienation the week before camp starts

More information regarding your orientation
- If your orientation location already has dates and times posted above, please choose one that suits your schedule. If the location, date and time has not been posted as yet, we will either post it or contact you in sufficient time to schedule your orientation.
- Regardless of your attendance at an orientation, we cannot guarantee that your camp will proceed until we have achieved our minimum number of ten participants per camp.
- If you would like us to take your "before measurements", please wear light clothing to your orientation to ensure more accurate measurements.
- If you are a Winnipeg participant and have not yet paid your registration fee and would like to pay by cheque, we ask that you make your payment while at orientation.
- If you are a Brandon or Steinbach participant and have not yet paid your registration fee, we cannot accept payment at orientation as our instructors are not set up to collect payments. Payment by cheque or money order is to be made payable to Sustainable Fitness and mailed to our Headquarters at: 420 Bredin Drive, Winnipeg MB R2K 1N6

- If for any reason we are not able to proceed with a specific boot camp time/date/location as posted, we will do our best to accommodate you at another time/date/location if you are willing so that you can get started at one of our camps.
