Good Morning Allan..
Hello! Specialist Sara made the sessions great and enjoyable, even at 6:00 a.m. This was a great way to kick-start a healthier lifestyle. I look forward to attending another camp in the winter. Thanks I was very intimidated right before boot camp started because I thought it is just like what I see on TV, the instructor just yells at you and makes you feel even more awful about yourself....totally not the experience I got from Danielle! She was very motivating and highly energetic especially at 5:30 in the morning! When I thought that I could not continue anymore and was getting discouraged, she stuck with me and gave me my "second wind". Thank you so much for being great at what you do Danielle! You're not just our instructor, you have become a great friend to all of us! Oh yeah, I could not have been happier with my results....I never thought I could jump that high when I saw them....thanks again! I have regained my confidence and will definitely keep pushing forward.
I will attend again. Oh my gosh! I thought I would die the first week, but wow was it ever worth it! I lost pounds and inches! Our instructor was lots of fun and the group of women was great. I signed up for another class and couldn't wait until it started!
I really enjoyed the overall experience that this class gave me. The exercises that we learned in class is something we can bring home with us, which I think is awesome (for those of us who don't like using workout machines). I mean I have a whole gym in my basement because of my parents but personally I really enjoyed using our own strength to work our body parts so I am going to continue doing that. Even though I have been working out my whole life, I really felt challenged. Sandi & Colin were always there to make me push myself harder and offer modifications if need be. I found the humour the instructors had very encouraging and something to look forward to besides the grueling workouts!!!!! I am glad I signed up so I signed up again!!!! I would recommend everyone try one round for sure!!!!! I thought the experience was excellent! It challenged me but was also a lot of fun, thanks in part to my work out partner and the group of women that were crazy enough to get up to work out at 4:45am! I'm doing another one right away and would encourage people of all fitness levels to attend...you work as hard as you can, do what you can and only compete against your own personal best. My overall experience at the bootcamp was excellent. Sandi,our instructor,was knowledgable,skilled and helpful.Everybody in the group was there to work hard to get maximum benefit which encouraged me to do the same.I hope to continue working out regularly.
My second round of boot camp was great. What a fantastic workout! I enjoyed it as much, or even better, than my first round. Some weight lose was my reward for all the ab work, push ups, lunges, squats and skipping we had to do. I thoroughly enjoyed the weight training sessions. I have just finished 2 rounds of 5 day a week am sessions with Richard. I really enjoyed most of the session(burpees and manmakers EXCLUDED!). Richard puts on a challenging workout but seems to be open to suggestions to individualize the program. It really is true though you get out of it what you put into it. The harder you work, the better results. He never wastes time and really is very encouraging. We had alot of fun and results were encouraging for me. I will definately sign up for another camp run by him. Cathy B
Just finished my first 3 day a week bootcamp this evening. Sandi (aka. Queen of a Million reps!) is awesome and will whip your butt into shape. This is my second round of boot camp and I enjoyed it as much, if not more, than the first time. Highly recommended! It's a great way to get fit, meet people, and to gain knowledge about fitness & wellness.
I loved every moment of Boot camp! The results are unbelievable, if you are willing and able to try this out! Boot Camp was a lot of fun. The instructors were fun, encouraging, and motivating. I learned some great exercises that I can continue with at home. I would definitely recommend Boot Camp to anyone who wants to have fun and get fit. It's also great for people of all fitness levels. Richard Insley, the Boot Camp Instructor at Fraser's Grove Park was very encouraging and knowledgeable. He varied the workouts so that I felt challenged every single time I attended a session. I went into this experience to be challenged and challenged I was.
This was one of the most amazing experiences I have ever had! Really! Prior to boot camp I thought I was in shape! I worked out on the eliptical 3 times per week and strength training 2 times per week. Hah!!! Bootcamp was challenging,fun,and I had a great time! Mike is awesome!! Can't wait to start the next round!!
I had a great time, met some new people and got a great workout. The bruises and sore muscles healed, and I am looking forward to the next one. I made it through the 5 day program and was pumped... ended up joining for another 3 day program. This was one of the best decisions I've ever made with regard to my fitness. Haven't seen much results on the scale, but the lost inches have been my reward. The Fraser's Grove class is a tonne of sweaty, entertaining, screaming muscle "fun". Boot camp boy really pushes us to the max which is great, - and keeps the camps interesting. ("Thanks" isn't the word they usually hear us muttering during a class - but thank you Richard, Allan and Vanithy!) Can we do more lunges next time?? :)

I enjoyed the whole boot camp experience ( 5 days per week) so much that I enrolled for another 4 weeks this time for 3 day week. Allan Zimmer is a true professional and encouraged us to really push ourselves. I was running, doing push-ups, sit-ups |
