AKA: KP I can’t put into words the excitement and joy I am bringing as a new trainer to Sustainable Fitness Boot Camps. Group fitness classes has always peeked my interest, so when I first heard about fitness boot camps, I knew it would be a thriving industry. For many women, fitness can be very intimidating and overwhelming at first, and being a woman, I know first-hand how challenging it is to juggle life tasks with personal ones. I believe it is all about finding a balance and believe it or not, the more fit you are the easier balancing becomes! Three hours a week is only 2% of your week, so commit 2% for four weeks and let me show you how much of a difference physical activity can do for you!
